Mangalis "Covid Safe" program :
All Mangalis group hotels have set new standards and best cleaning practices at all levels of the hotel:
• Reception : Upon arrival, the customer will be informed of the security provisions in place in the hotel, and all measures of social distancing will be respected. In addition, barrier measures such as taking the customer's temperature on arrival, providing gel and wearing a mask are introduced and respected.
• Rooms : new procedures focused on intensive cleaning to include rigorous disinfection, by trained employees, while minimizing interactions
• Public spaces : new measures have been taken (reception, restaurants, bars, public toilets, etc.) in order to control movements and comply with directives regarding physical distance. Signage markings assist customers when they travel within our establishments. Thorough cleaning and disinfection of public spaces were implemented several times a day.
